  If there's something I cannot stand, it's people who can't do their jobs properly. My husband and I have been loyal H&R Block customers for years now. This year, the representative here in Georgia who did our taxes made a mistake that cost us $677 of our state return. Luckily, we always purchase insurance that covers this type of thing. The office here on Stewart is a goddamn joke. Not only did I call and call and call and show up multiple times, but I did not EVER get a response or call back as promised, THREE SEPARATE TIMES. I've already escalated this to their customer support department who assured me this office was supposed to contact me within a week. They did not. I had to call and escalate it AGAIN on a corporate level. I've been told that I will get a response within 48 hours now. I'm super irate about it. I understand making a mistake, but completely ignoring me and not correcting this mistake is unacceptable! ESPECIALLY since we paid you hundreds of dollars to do this AND an additional insurance fee for these type of situations.
